Who can you share Microsoft 365 Family with?
Microsoft 365 Family covers up to six people: the person who pays and five others. Each person signs in with their own Microsoft account and gets their own apps and their own cloud storage.
Because nothing is pooled, it is one of the simpler plans to share. The plan is written for a household, so check its current terms in your country before you add anyone.

Who can share Microsoft 365 Family?
Up to five people the subscriber invites, each with their own Microsoft account. The plan is meant for a household.
Only share a plan whose terms cover the people you add. Family and flatmates are the natural fit.
Each person installs the apps on their own devices and signs in with their own account, so nobody needs the subscriber’s password.
Does everyone share the storage?
No. Each person gets their own cloud storage, so one person filling theirs does not affect anyone else.
That means nobody needs house rules about space. Write what members get in “What’s included”, for example “your own account on the family plan”, so they know before they take a seat.
How do members join?
The subscriber shares the plan with each member’s own account. On NeverSub, the room shows the email to invite once the host confirms a payment.
Members keep their documents in their own account, and keep them if they leave.
