How does subscription splitting work for colleagues?
Small teams often need the same tool and end up paying full price for a seat each. On NeverSub, colleagues verify their work email to join their company’s community, then share plans through rooms.
A room keeps the plan, the seats, the share and the login together. Members pay the host directly and the host confirms, so nobody has to chase anyone at the end of the month.
How does a company community work?
Colleagues join by verifying an email address on their company’s domain. There is one community per domain, and the first person to verify creates it.
Verification sends a code to the work address. Other members then see “Verified @domain” beside you, never the address itself.
Because a community belongs to one domain, everyone in it works at the same company. A room listed there is visible to colleagues, not to the public.
How do teams use rooms?
A room covers one plan. The host lists its open seats in the community, or sends an invite link to the people who need it.
A listing shows the plan, what a seat includes, the seats left and the share. Colleagues take a seat and see how the host likes to be paid.
House rules are a good place for the practical details: which devices, which profile, when the plan renews. They sit on the room, where everyone can find them.
How do colleagues pay?
Directly. Each member pays the host, taps “I’ve paid”, and the host confirms before the login unlocks.
NeverSub never holds money and charges no fee. Each month the host sees who has paid and can nudge anyone who has not through any messaging app.
When someone changes team or leaves the company, they can leave the room or the host can remove them, and the seat opens up again.
How is the login kept safe?
Logins are encrypted and shown only inside the app to members the host has confirmed.
If the plan supports it, the host can invite a member’s email to the plan instead of sharing a login at all.
Only share plans whose terms let you share them with the people you add. You can download your data or delete your account from the app at any time.
