How a room works
Split what you pay for,
with your
Most plans cost the same for one person or five. Create a room, invite people you trust, and everyone pays their share straight to you.
Right now
Ten things. One card. Every month.
Take any one of them
Nobody else is on it, nobody else is paying for it — and the ones you went without, you went without for the same reason.
You already know the fix
Your flat. Your batch. The group chat that never dies.
So why has nobody done it
You pay first, then you spend the month asking for it back. And asking to be let in on someone else’s is its own kind of awkward.
Enter NeverSub
For something you already pay for. Say what it is, how many seats it has and what’s included — NeverSub works out a fair share for each seat.
Your people join
Invite the people you know, or list open seats in your college or company community, where everyone has verified their email.
Then the money
Each member pays you with whatever they already use, then taps “I’ve paid”. The padlock stays shut until you confirm.
And every month
Login details unlock only for members you’ve confirmed. Each month you see at a glance who has paid — and can nudge anyone who hasn’t.
At homeInvite only
Family, or your flat. Everyone keeps using it — everyone pays a share.
Your oldest group chatInvite only
The same people you have been settling up with for years.
On campusCollege email
Verified by your college email, so it is your batch and not the whole internet.
At workWork email
Verified by your work email. Small teams pay big-team prices.
Your buildingComing soon
Neighbourhood communities are coming soon. Until then, a room invite link works just as well for the people next door.
Or nobody you know yetComing soon
Open rooms are coming soon — for people building the same thing as you, or opening an editing suite two weekends a month. For now, rooms are for people you know.
The maths
Tick what you pay for. And what you have been going without.
Tap whatever you pay for. The maths happens in your browser — no name, no login, nothing sent anywhere.
Tap anything you pay for, or anything you would want in on. Tap it again to drop it.
Matched to what you ticked
- Back in your pocket
- ₹27,756a year
No plan is split further than it really stretches.
Put aside rather than spent, that is roughly ₹1,79,112 in five years.
An illustration, not an offer. Prices are typical shared-tier rates and change often. Real splits depend on what your circle shares and how many of you there are.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Is this legal?
NeverSub is a way for people who already know each other to organise and settle a shared cost. What you choose to share with your room, and whether that is allowed, is between you and whoever you pay. We provide the room and the record — payments go directly between you.
What stops someone taking my money and disappearing?
You pay people you know, or people who verified the same college or company email as you. Access unlocks only after the host confirms your payment. NeverSub never holds money, so share with people you trust.
What does it cost?
Nothing. NeverSub is free — no fee, and nothing on top of your share.
I already use an app that tracks who owes what.
Then you already know the arithmetic was never the hard part. Those apps are a ledger — they tell you what you are owed and leave the rest to you. A room also keeps the login, unlocks it only for people who have paid, and shows you each month who has.
How are login details shared safely?
The host saves the login in the room, not in a message thread. It is encrypted and shown only inside the app to members the host has confirmed — or the host can invite your email to the plan instead. The host can remove a member at any time.
What happens if someone stops paying?
Their seat shows as due. The host can send them a reminder, or remove them so the seat opens up for someone else.
Do I need to know people already?
It helps, but no. Verify your college or company email to see open seats in that community. Neighbourhood and open communities are coming soon.
